This is a CanSpa daisy embroidered dress. It uses seersucker fabric. From the following search: Seersucker fabric is woven by varying the tension of the warp threads and then shrinking it during finishing, creating unevenness on the surface called "shibo" (puckering), making it a refreshing and highly breathable material perfect for spring and summer. It doesn't cling to the skin, providing a cool and comfortable feel, is wrinkle-resistant, and lightweight.
