I acquired this item a long time ago at a flea market in America, from the shop owner himself. I believe it was over 10 years ago, around the time when HTC was popular in Japan. The color stones are the clear type. I've added two extra holes since my body shape has changed since then. I think it looks cool to wear it long and let the tip of the belt stand out, so I recommend it for slim men as well.
