Thank you for viewing! This is an electric baby nail file. There's a similar product from COMBI, but this is not a COMBI product. I purchased this on Rakuten about 3 years ago for my own childbirth. I believe the original price was around 3,000 yen. I used it from the newborn period until about six months old. I put it in my hospital bag, and it was very useful because it prevented my baby from scratching their face. I felt safe because it wouldn't cut the baby's fingers even if they touched it. The images are from the original Rakuten purchase. It has two speed settings and reverse rotation. The attachments for babies are light green, pink, and light blue, and I think the silver and white ones are for adults. (Silver is for filing, and white is for polishing) I used the light blue one frequently, so it's a little whitish, but I think it can still be used without any problems. It has been disinfected with alcohol, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I have discarded the box and instruction manual. It runs on 2 AA batteries.
