U.S. ARMY combat boots. The color is black. The leather is cowhide. The inner tag says "ANSI Z41-1983/75" and "TTD" is stenciled above that. The toe is steel-toed and the leather is double-layered with stitching. The safety is excellent and it is carefully made. The soles are "BILTRITE" and "TOPY," popular on vintage boots, and show little wear, so they are in good condition. The previous owner put a "phiten" insole in, which improves the comfort despite the heavy feel. It has a great hold thanks to the lace-up design, and the style when worn is outstanding. This is a rare small size, so it's recommended for those with small feet and women! The condition is that the inner stitching on the right boot shaft is torn in one place, but it is not visible from the outside and does not affect wear.
