Animage VOL. 135 was an anime magazine published by Tokuma Shoten as the September 1989 issue, and it was a highly anticipated issue for anime fans at the time. ◎ Main Features and Works Featured - "Kiki's Delivery Service" A Studio Ghibli film directed by Hayao Miyazaki, released just after the movie's premiere. The issue featured a special focus on characters like Kiki and Ursula, and included an interview with Minami Takayama. Also included were messages from musicians like Yuko Hara, female shogi player Naoko Hayashi, actor Tetsuya Takeda, and impressions from junior high and high school students who attended the preview screenings.
