Is there burn damage or discoloration on the handle of the flea comb? I will sterilize the stainless steel parts with boiling water before sending. The nail clippers have a stopper to prevent cutting too deep. Both are Petio products. I bought new ones, so I'd like to give these away to someone who can use them.
