I purchased this used for egging, but haven't had much opportunity to use it and have been storing it. There are some minor scratches from being set down. I don't feel any grinding or scratchiness, but this is just my personal impression, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned. The photos show the reel spooled with 0.8 PE line. I've only used it a few times with the line, so I think it's still usable. No claims, no returns.
