This is a pleated, fabric bag with a beautiful sheen that can be folded up small when not in use. There is a stain on the bottom (10). I don't think it's very noticeable due to the pleats and sheen, but it might be best to refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The handles are worn. They are made of black vinyl coating, but they don't have the crispness they had when new. It's easy to wash, so how about using it as a bag for slippers or shoes for entrance or graduation ceremonies? It has a more formal feel than a convenience store bag or a plastic shopping bag.
