I really liked how easy it was to maintain, wash, and store, as it doesn't take up much space. I was able to do almost all my cooking with the set I am selling. I didn't like the plastic knob on the lid, so I replaced it with a stainless steel knob from STAUB. The original knob and parts are included. There are some scratches and discoloration, and it shows some signs of use, but it is a lifetime cooking utensil that can be restored to a mirror finish if you polish it yourself. The manufacturer also provides maintenance and repair services (for a fee).
