This is a ribbon made of elastic fabric, secured with metal hardware. I only used it twice: once for a middle school entrance exam interview and once for my elementary school graduation ceremony. I purchased it about 10 years ago, but I haven't used it much, and there are no noticeable scratches or stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been stored at home.
