We will ship after compressing the item in a compression bag. Please understand.
We will choose between "Rakuraku" and "Yu-yu" depending on the size. We may change from "Yu-yu" to "Rakuraku" or from "Rakuraku" to "Yu-yu" just before shipping.
Basically, we will ship after compressing the item in an OPP bag (compression bags or freezer bags may be used depending on the item), so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about wrinkles caused by compression or folding.
We may use recycled cardboard boxes for large items.
● Regarding returns
・ We will accept returns at the buyer's expense only if there are major scratches or damage not mentioned in the photos or description. Please be sure to notify us before you rate the item. We cannot accept returns after rating.
