This is a zipper mascot of Hello Kitty, exclusive to the Meishin Expressway, Chugoku Expressway, and Kyushu Expressway. It's a set featuring Kitty-chan as a truck driver and a decorated truck. It's an old item, about 20 years old. It's unopened and unused, but please consider it a used item.
