It has been used, so there are scratches, stains, and tarnish on the metal, but I think it can still be used as a musical instrument. Everything in image 2 is included. The stand will be shipped disassembled. I received this item from someone else, so I don't know the details, but I can answer questions about the size and condition of the scratches.
