This is dead stock from iron ornaments sold over 20 years ago. The tank says "Patrol," so perhaps it's an MP. It looks like a WLA, but the tank is red. It's a replica, not the real thing, but it's been painted and finished in black. The tires also move. It's been treated to prevent rust, so it might be for display in a garden. There were also iron bottle openers and other items. The import wholesaler we purchased it from has already gone out of business, so we don't know the details.
