Thank you for looking. This item came out of my father's toolbox. I'm sorry, but I don't know what it's for. Is it a cutter? Or a ruler? I tried sliding it across paper, but it didn't cut. The tip rotates, and it seems like it could draw curves on soft wood or similar materials.
