Used twice at a live performance and then stored at home. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. (I am a layman, so there may be oversights.) The tips of the red ribbon in the photo on the 6th page have become frayed when inserting and removing the batteries. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Operation has been confirmed. I have confirmed that all colors light up. Batteries will be removed before shipping. I am also selling other penlights.
