This is a black frilled blouse from Pure Cesine. I purchased this here, but I'm selling it because I have too many similar blouses. It's made of flannel fabric, so it's warm. I was able to wear it even in mid-winter, pairing it with a turtleneck. There are no noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
