This is a black and white checkered flare skirt from Nico and... It has a comfortable elastic waistband with a drawstring. Please note that there is a small, approximately 5mm, flaw on the lower back of the skirt (see photo 7). I don't think it's very noticeable. Other than that, I think it's in pretty good condition.
