I used these in rotation with other underwear during the newborn period. This is a set of 3 pieces: 2 with heart patterns and 1 with animal patterns. All are 100% cotton. The heart-patterned ones are made in China, and the animal-patterned one is made in Japan (Pupo). The heart-patterned ones have inner ties and outer snap buttons, while the animal-patterned one has ties both inside and outside. The heart-patterned ones show some wear on the care labels, but overall, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. These are used items, so please understand this before purchasing.
