It's not a product that's been heavily used, but it was kept on a desk, so there are some minor scratches and scuffs if you look closely. I think it's in pretty good condition (see images). It was working without any problems. The items for sale are everything shown in the product images. The original box, cable (unused), and booklet (manual?) are all included.
