This is a braided leather belt from glamb. The total length of the belt is approximately 125cm, and the adjustable range is up to 115cm because it's a braided belt, allowing for free adjustment. I purchased it new several years ago and wore it a few times, after which it was stored in a non-pet, non-smoking home closet.
