This is a wader case from Cabela's, a long-established American outdoor brand (waders not included). The size is approximately 43x43x23cm at its maximum, and the inside of the lower half is coated for waterproofing. It includes a removable compressed wool mat that absorbs water. The upper half is mesh. It was used for storage in a car, not for carrying, so it's in good condition.
