The "slightly scratched and dirty" condition refers to a faint stain on the inside of the opening (photo 10). The handles show some signs of use. I used handle covers (photo 11). I purchased them on Amazon, and I will include them, as well as the dust bag. Other than that, it is generally in good condition, but as this is a used item, I would appreciate it if you could understand this before purchasing. Thank you.
