We offer a monthly selection of recommended specialty coffees, which we roast after receiving your order and ship to you with free shipping. We are not a coffee specialty shop, but rather offer coffee as a side business, so we can provide it at a more affordable price than specialty shops. Some items have limited stock, so please order soon. Since we roast after receiving your order, you can specify the roast level. If you do not specify, we will prepare it with our recommended roast level. Also, we weigh the beans at 240g before roasting, so please be aware that the weight may decrease depending on the roast level. The shop owner will choose three recommended specialty coffees based on your preferred roast level and type. 〇What we can do: ・Specify the roast level (We usually prepare dark roasts at Full City Roast and light roasts at High Roast. If you want extreme roast levels such as French Roast or Medium Roast, please specify separately.) ・Grind the coffee beans into powder ●What we cannot do: ・Specify the coffee bean brand ・Specify the coffee bag or outer packaging ・Specify the roasting date and shipping date We will ship the above three items, totaling 720g (approximately 600g after roasting), roasted after your order, with shipping included.
