I kept it displayed in a picture frame. It was primarily used in a room with the curtains closed, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about fading. I don't have a comparison, so I don't know the extent of the fading. As it is a giveaway item, there may be some minor scratches. The back of the picture frame is reinforced with tape.
