Soft Shot Put This is not a hard iron shot put; it dents when pressed, absorbing some of the impact. I believe it can be used outdoors or in gymnasiums. (For indoor use, it's probably best to lay down a mat to reduce impact noise.) At 4.5kg (10 lbs), it's a weight that doesn't quite fit into any specific class, but how about it for practice? It is new and unused, but it has been stored for a long time.
