Soft Shot Put This is not a hard, iron shot put, but one that will dent when pushed, absorbing some of the impact. I think it can be used outdoors, as well as in a gymnasium. (I think it's better to put down a mat indoors because of the impact sound) Although it weighs 4.5kg (10 pounds), which doesn't belong to any class, how about using it for practice? It is new and unused, but it has been stored for a long time.
