It has ties on the inside and outside, similar to a Samue. There are two pockets in the front. The lining is a soft, brushed material like flannel. Perfect for lightly wearing over hospital wear during cold mornings and evenings, or during hospital stays. ○ Condition Used 2-3 times. There are some minor storage marks, or what appear to be small nubs, but they are not very noticeable.
