I've had this snowman for 20 years. I used to turn it on for about 3 hours every day during the winter. It lights up when plugged into a regular outlet. I didn't use it very often, but I bought it a long time ago, so the nylon bristles of the yellow brush have deteriorated and become brittle. I've been careful not to touch them.
