I purchased this new about 8 years ago. The product number is 023071. I used it for about 3 months at the time, and then stored it at home. It's from a home with no smokers and no pets. I washed it at home before listing it. There is some fading and signs of use. The only accessories are those shown in the photos. There are no instructions. It is not a beautiful item, and it is a used item, so please understand.
