Koetsu Calligraphy Shikishi Album from the Gotoh Museum Collection This is an art book featuring 36 shikishi (square paper) cards from the Gotoh Museum collection, mounted on heavy paper. Recommended for fans of the Rinpa school. Shikishi from the Berlin Museum are relatively often exhibited, but those from the Gotoh Museum are, I believe, rare. I purchased this at a used bookstore some time ago. I am selling it to organize my collection. The shikishi are separated individually. They are numbered on the back. As it is approximately 50 years old, there is some deterioration. There are stains on the explanatory booklet. The condition of the shikishi themselves is good, but some of the mounting paper has some stains. (I judge it to be barely noticeable, but opinions may vary.) There are also stains and a date written on the box. It comes with the original cardboard packaging, but it is soiled and has some discoloration.
