The dial turns very lightly and smoothly, allowing for easy adjustment. Please use as is. The dial has minor stains but no issues with use. ●Accessories Hopper and lid are included. The hopper has minor scratches. The lid has a repaired crack in one area, but this does not affect its strength. These items have not been washed, so please clean them lightly before use. ●A simple cleaning has been performed, but some dirt remains in certain areas.
