Thank you for viewing! This is a flare skirt from Green Note. It's a maxi length in navy, and it has a full lining. I think it can be worn from spring to autumn. I wore it about 4 or 5 times and then stored it. The waist can be adjusted with a drawstring, so the seller usually wears a size 13, but there's quite a bit of room. When it was sold online, I believe the size was listed as free size. Thank you!
