This is a Berg Larsen rubber mouthpiece, which was once the main mouthpiece used by Jan Garbarek, a Norwegian jazz soprano and tenor saxophone player, on his soprano saxophone. This vintage mouthpiece is even rarer for soprano saxophones. It produces a fat sound. It is no longer handled by Nonaka Boeki, and many people are probably looking for it. The opening is between 1.55 and 1.6 mm. There is discoloration, but no odor. It's not jet black, so I think it uses better material than current rubber mouthpieces.
