This is a monitor arm from Iris Ohyama. It's the clamp-on type for desks and is sturdy. The spacer-like parts inside the arm in the 3rd and 4th images have large splinters. There may also be other small scratches and dirt. The images at the end are product description images from when I purchased it on Rakuten Ichiba (Rakuten Marketplace).
