This is a BEHRINGER UCG102 Guitar Link USB interface. I bought it about 10 years ago and used it for home recording at the time. I have confirmed that it powers on when connected to a computer, but I haven't been able to confirm whether it produces sound because the drivers are not installed. There is some discoloration.
