I bought this about three years ago. I was using it as a paper trash can in the entryway. There is some dirt on the bottom. It seems like there are various uses, such as a diaper pail, a place for food waste, or a storage container for pet food. It comes with an inner bucket that can be removed and washed, making it easy to clean. The size is 318mm wide x 188mm deep x 323mm high.
