New, unused item. The glass part still has the film attached. The tiger cat inside is cute. I think the tiger cat is just a decoration. It's from about 10 years ago. I think I won it in a lottery for cat-themed products. It came out while cleaning. It doesn't seem to have batteries. I can't confirm if it works, so please understand.
