This is a reed (ro-zetsu) for the gagaku instrument hichiriki. It uses reeds from Udono that have been smoked. It is finished to make it easy to play. The size is approximately 11.5mm, a standard size. It is adjusted to be playable immediately. Please comment if you have any requests.
