earth music&ecology This is a no-collar jacket/cardigan. The color is white and navy stripes. The size is S, but it has a relaxed fit, so I think it will fit a size M as well. It's not a formal jacket, so it's good for when you want to dress casually! There are three hooks as shown in the fourth photo. The sleeves are three-quarter length. I've worn it about twice, but there are no major stains.
