Neck Warmer Purchased in Spain It's a loop, so you wrap it around your neck. It's warm and doesn't fall off like a scarf. Used a few times, and there's a little bit of fluff coming out. I don't think it's very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. Will be shipped in simple packaging.
