It shows signs of use, but there are no problems with the operation other than Eco mode. *Eco mode cannot be used. The cause is unknown, but normal and strong modes can be used. With a full charge, it was able to run for 8 minutes and 00 seconds in strong mode with the test cleaner head in close contact with the floor and under load. (According to the manufacturer's website, a new unit can run for about 8 minutes in strong mode depending on the cleaner head and tool.) Please note that I have only cleaned it briefly.
