This was won in a crane game a while ago. It's been run a few times. It's mostly assembled, but I've tried shrinking the tires and cutting the propeller shaft based on what I've seen. If you need them, I can also include unused normal tires. Please comment beforehand. I welcome price negotiations within reasonable limits. Shipping takes 1-3 days.
