This is a souvenir from Vietnam. It's a memo pad with a bamboo cover. It's unused. The cover size is approximately 15 cm tall, 10.5 cm wide, and 1 cm thick. It's close to B6 size. The design appears to be Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage site. 50 sheets of memo paper are bound with hemp twine. If it's a similar size, it can also be used as a cover for something else.
