All the inner parts can be removed and washed, and it can also be used as a house (crate) by removing the door. It's very convenient for drying your dog after a shampoo, without any hassle. Especially for breeds that shed a lot, it's a great help because the hair doesn't fly around during drying. The nello has a large opening on the top (ceiling) that can be opened even while in use, making it very convenient to give treats to your pet inside or brush them, which I think is a big difference from other products. For shipping, I couldn't keep the original manufacturer's box because it was large, so I will wrap it in cushioning material (bubble wrap) and ship it in another box. Operation confirmed.
