These are folding fans belonging to Kazuoki Kimura, the O-i (King), and Sota Fujii, the challenger. Both of these are valuable fans, as they bear titles different from the ones they currently hold. They were opened for photography, but have been stored unused. They will be carefully packaged and shipped.
