My elderly mother used this phone, but we are selling it because she switched to a Raku-Raku Smartphone. There are no noticeable chips or scratches on the body, but there are small scratches from daily use. The LCD screen has no burn-in or display defects, but there are marks on the LCD panel that touches the operation buttons, which I have cleaned but could not remove.
