As shown in the photos, the material is leather, so there are circular stains on the toe area and the left heel. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. I haven't worn these for long periods, only for short periods a few times. I've only worn them about 5 times, even in the summer. I haven't worn them recently, so I think they are relatively clean. I wore them carefully, so I don't see any noticeable stains on the white parts, but this is just my personal opinion. The heel is almost non-existent, about 1 centimeter. They are flat sandals. Regarding shipping, I plan to wrap them flat for packaging, so please be aware of this.
