This is a flower stand in the style of Kamakura-bori (carved lacquerware). I believe it's made of plastic, but it also looks like it could be wood-carved. It was mainly used to display vases and flower baskets. There are no major scratches or stains, but there are some minor scratches and scuffs, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
