I have ASICS training shoes (STAR SHINE TR 2) and spikes (STAR SHINE 3), both in size 22.0cm. I purchased them last September and used them for weekend practices until around April. The spikes are still in good condition and can be worn, but they are used items from my child's baseball activities, so please be aware of this.
