This is a lovely palette from Iroha Kitsune-san. I saved up and bought it after admiring it, but it didn't suit my voluminous hair (tears). It cost 11,000 yen ( ; ; ) I bought it last winter and have been storing it at home, so just in case, I've marked it as "slightly scratched or dirty." I would be happy to pass it on to someone who can use it.
